Engraving cutter made from solid tungsten carbide. Single-sided with V-shape tip.
Ground ready-to-use with width b. Length of halfening = 12 mm (2*Ø),
Halfening flat and conus shape polished.

Choose tip angle a = 36°, 60°, 90° and width b from the table.
Hint: The 90° bit is well suitable also for chamfering or deburring.

Side clearance angle g = 35°  (for engraving hard plastics, acrylic, aluminum, brass, ...).

Hint: Ready-to-use engravers with other dimensions - or with alternative grinding specifications (i.e.for engraving stainless steel) - you can combine and order like this:
1) Raw cutter, i.e. halfened, i.e. GH03.0600.075  (see section "halfened" or "quarter round")
2) Grinding the tip, i.e. SF05.0600 (see "Grinding tips") according to client's specification like tip angle, relief angles and width.
3) Coating, if desired, i.e. CTIA.1.0600 (see "Coating").
